We don’t sell houses.
It makes no difference to us whether you buy, rent or walk away. It makes a difference to you.
A few years ago, our family was growing — and we were outgrowing our house.
So began the hunt for a bigger place. We needed more rooms and more space for a bigger, busier life. Then we found it: the one. It had everything we wanted and felt like home from the get-go.
We did everything right. Multiple viewings. Survey. Searches.
But nobody mentioned the flight path above us.
The days we viewed, the sky was quiet. It turns out that was a rarity.
We’d bought a house under the approach to Heathrow’s busiest runway. From 4:30am to midnight, almost every day, a parade of planes blares over our street.
We love the house. We’ve (sort of) made peace with the planes. But we’d rather have chosen with our eyes — and ears — open.
The planes weren’t a secret. They just weren’t in the brochure.
The flight path was public all along. So was the flood risk, the planning next door, the council’s finances and who owns the freehold a few doors up. It’s just scattered across registers nobody reads.
So we made it simple to listen in before you’ve committed a penny. In about 30 seconds, Eavesdrop reads 60+ public registers for you. Paste a listing link and get a clear, cited report for just £9.99.
Less than the round to celebrate. (Or commiserate — but not if we can help it.)
It makes no difference to us whether you buy, rent or walk away. It makes a difference to you.
No source, no finding. Just the data and the facts.
We run an agency and build products people love, day to day.
Selfish? Maybe. Useful for everyone else? Definitely.
