66 public registers we listen to.

Every fact in the report cites its source. Up to 66 of them. This page is the licence-required attribution surface for every Crown copyright dataset we mirror.

We read named public registers with rule-based parsers. The language model only writes the words around the data. Numbers, dates, classifications — flood zone, EPC band, conservation area, school catchment, mineshaft proximity — are pulled straight from the register and printed back with a citation. If we cannot cite it, we do not claim it.

Last updated: 2026-05-17. The exact register list used per report is printed at the back of the PDF in the source ledger.
